RETURNS - PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
Although we package our shipments very carefully, sometimes items do arrive damaged. All of our merchandise is professionally packed and insured. If you should ever receive merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, just let us know and file a UPS claim and send a replacement as soon as possible. All claims for shipping damage must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Returns for any other reasons (wrong size, color, you changed your mind, etc) may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. You must request an RMA number before returning goods to us - and they must be returned in the original packaging and must be re-saleable. Please put them in one of the shipping boxes that you receive - if you send them back in just the product box, we can't sell them as new (and you will not receive credit for returning them to us). If they are damaged in transit being returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to file their own claim for damage reimbursement from the shipper. No credit will be issued for returns arriving damaged. Returns for credit are not accepted more than 15 days after shipment of the merchandise.
Special order items (items not normally stocked and closeout items) are not returnable. For dinnerware, we do offer a "sample" shipment - if you are unsure about a pattern and want to see what one piece of a dinnerware set will look like, please call us - we will charge you for just the one piece plus shipping, and credit you for the piece (less shipping) when returned to us, or apply the amount paid to your complete order should you decide to order more of the pattern.
