How do I return an item?

RETURNS - PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!


Although we package our shipments very carefully, sometimes items do arrive damaged.  All of our merchandise is professionally packed and insured. If you should ever receive merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, just let us know and we will file a UPS claim and a send you a replacement as soon as possible. All claims for shipping damage must be made within 10 days of receipt. 

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item ordered from Reflections Gallery, return the product to us (you will pay the shipping). You must request an RMA number before returning goods to us - and they must be returned in the original packaging and must be re-salable.  Please put them in one of the shipping boxes that you receive - if you send them back in just the product box, we can't sell them as new (and you will not receive credit for returning them to us).  If they are damaged in transit being returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to file their own claim for damage reimbursement from the shipper. No credit will be issued for returns arriving damaged.  Returns for credit are not accepted more than 10 days after your receipt of the merchandise.pon receipt and our inspection of your return, we will issue your refund (less shipping) within 10 days.

Special order items (items not normally stocked and closeout items)  are not  returnable. For dinnerware, we do offer a "sample" shipment - if you are unsure about a pattern and want to see what one piece of a dinnerware set will look like, please call us - we will charge you for just the one piece plus shipping, and credit you for the piece (less shipping) when returned to us, or apply the amount paid to your complete order should you decide to order more of the pattern. Breezesta Outdoor Furniture

Breezesta furniture is built to order.  Any order cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 48 hours of the order entry date. Shipping dates are normally two to six weeks after the order is placed. Orders processed and packaged for delivery cannot be changed or cancelled without incurring a 25% fee or an additional charge.

RETURNS: Please contact us at 1-877.368.5709 or email Robyn@reflectionsgallery2.com for authorization to return a product. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on unwanted items that are being returned.  Items that are packaged properly and deemed resalable will be credited to the customer’s account, less 25% restocking charge. Products that are discontinued or have been assembled are not returnable.

Shipping Damage - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after shipping to comply with our shippers requirements for damage claims.

Every Breezesta Poly Outdoor Furniture piece carries a Lifetime Residential Warranty from the manufacturer against cracking, splintering, chipping, peeling, rotting, and pest infestation. They will replace the product or refund the original purchase price if any of these defects occur.
